Critics agreed that the latest collection from British designer Jasmine Jagger at this year’s Paris Fashion Week is her best ever. The 30 year old Jagger’s offerings for her "All That Jazz" label were an eclectic mix of 1980s retro, 1960s mod and body conscious biker chic featuring neon bright colors and bold geometric patterns. Overall the look was ultra-feminine with corset tops, pencil slim skirts and leather trousers the order of the day. Jagger’s doting daddy, rock star Mick, was seen in the front row cheering his daughter on along with buddy, Lenny Kravitz. Sitting separately was her proud mother, Honeybear Rory Kent, flanked by gal pal Patti Collins and 6 year old granddaughter, Genevieve (Jagger’s child by former husband/manager Jean-Louis Pampouille). Collins was believed to be on a stop-over before flying to Liverpool to unveil a statue of her late husband, John Lennon at the renamed Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Kent, along with the other Honeybears, is planning to launch a full-scale world tour later this year. Jagger is said to be hard at work designing costumes for the entire band. |
